Dear Birth and Parenting Professionals,

We are thrilled to be offering our community the 6th annual Birth & Babies Fair! You are invited to participate in this event and help impact the families in our community. 

The Birth & Babies Fair will take place on Sunday, March 4, 2017, from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm at the Hager Hall Conference and Event Center in Hagerstown, MD. The event will include exhibitors who support the well-being of birthing families by offering informed birth and parenting support, unique and family-friendly products, fun activities for kids, speakers, nonprofits, birth and parenting education, and more. The event will also include free workshops, a silent auction, a babywearing demo, and a children’s clothing swap.

You can promote your business or organization to hundreds of people who want to learn more about products, services, and options that support a healthy, conscious approach to pregnancy, birth, and parenting.

Hagerstown Birth is a volunteer-run organization that strives to facilitate a birthing community where expectant and new families can easily connect with professionals dedicated to empowering them on their parenting journey. Our past events have connected local businesses with hundreds of families and individuals, and we look forward to seeing how this year’s event brings further growth to our community. All money raised will be used for local fertility, birth, postpartum, and parenting education and outreach including movie screenings, workshops, hosting recognized birth professionals, and more.

Exhibitor Opportunities

Nonprofit – $25

Booth spaces and nonprofit spaces are limited, no to be shared between businesses/organizations, and non-transferable. Tables will be provided. Electrical outlets are limited. Direct-sales or MLM companies are approved on a case-by-case basis. Please see additional information and event details on the Participant Agreement.

Unable to attend this year’s fair?

Can’t be there in person, but want to have your business or organization be represented? Add your business card along with a coupon or sample to our goody bag for only $25. We will be handing out 150 bags this year and they are always a big hit! Fill out the form below and keep an eye out for an invoice from us.
